Cali Viejo Restaurant is proud to partner with Hillsborough Community College (HCC) to provide students with hands-on training in the restaurant and hospitality industry. Our internship program is designed to give future professionals the opportunity to develop their skills in a real-world environment, from culinary preparation and customer service to event management and teamwork.
Interns not only gain valuable experience but also become part of a supportive, family-oriented team that values growth and learning. Our mission is to help the next generation of leaders in hospitality build confidence, explore their passions, and prepare for a successful career.
