That’s why, back in 2003, Edgar and Ludivia Vallejo decided to open our doors with one simple dream: to share the authentic flavors of Colombia and Latin America with our community here in Brandon, Florida.
We’re a family-owned restaurant, and when you sit at our table, you’re part of that family too. Our team works with dedication to create a cuisine full of quality, made with fresh ingredients and recipes filled with love and tradition. Every dish carries a piece of our story, from our famous bandeja paisa to a comforting bowl of sancocho, or a crispy empanada that tastes just like the ones our abuelas used to make. On the weekends, you’ll even find live Latin music filling the room, because for us, good food and good music always go hand in hand.
What makes Cali Viejo special goes beyond what’s on the plate. For us, it’s about cooking with love, sharing the flavors we grew up with, and creating moments that feel like home.
